Tileman,
I have been looking for a nice heel/toe shifter for my bob for a while as well.
So far the only one I have found is by BMC.(https://www.bmcmc.com/collections/pa...el-toe-shifter)
I was wanting to try it out for my trip to Vegas and write a review on it, but, unfortunately, I don't have $200 to shell out on it. If you end up getting it, let me know how you like it.

As shared in a previous thread some time ago, I'm using this with good results:

If you have forwards this should bolt right on without issues, but if you have mids then you will have to do some "shaving" - see pics.

I adapted this very inxpensive Drag Specialties to my 2014 Breakout and its worked pretty slick for the past 3 years. It had a tendency to gradually loosen until I drilled / tapped the center of the mounting hole and inserted a set screw into the channel machined around the splined shaft.
