Shifting at 6000?
Torque falls off rapidly before that as the engine is being strangled for air.
To make quicker shifts, pull the clutch lever only half way to the bar and preload the shifter.
Unless you're not using the clutch between shifts, that is...
After reviewing the video, it appears you aren't using the clutch for shifts. This is indicated by you closing the throttle fully between shifts. Instead of that, try closing the throttle part way (just to reduce the torque on the gears) and preload your shifter. This should reduce the time between shifts, thus letting you get back on the power, sooner.
It sure is nice to see a full 1320' pass.

Thanks!! My goal was to hit 11s before the winter, thank God I did.
I was starting in first
And I run it out to around 6k because doing so prevents me from having to shift into 5th. You can see I'm at the very top of 4th crossing the end.
So this time going I changed my set up on the fly from talking to some of the guys I ride with. I was only pulling my clutch in as little as possible (maybe 1/2 inch max). I was trying to not let off the throttle completely. It felt like alot less than in the actual video. As far as the throttle goes when shifting, I won't stay fully into it however I do have to work on not letting off as much. Just something i have to retrain myself to do.

I'm very curious what a 117 would do. Hopefully in about a year we will find out since i just got the paint and wheels done, next is motor work.
I'm at 94hp and 116tq.
And mid to low 12s is running this bike fast. First issue I had to tackle was traction, then my throttle and gas while shifting, now I have to dial in my launch so I'm not standing it straight up as well as play with tire pressure
