Can anyone point me to a video or something easy for me to understand to get tgese wires out of this plug? I got a 2017 sb and i need to remove the plugs to pass it through the license plate bracket and stalk. Im trying to get this done before i start work up again. Tgis is my only source of transportation at the moment! https://cimg8.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.hdf...0193b2ee42.jpg

I didn't think you needed to disconnect the wires as those plugs on canbus bike are alot smaller than the older Deutsch connectors. They should be able to be pushed through

You could always cut and solder them back together

https://cimg1.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.hdf...b1d0cd14fe.jpgIt looks somewhat simular but not to much. It has tge one locking mechanism that my thumb is touching at the bottom there. Its a flap that clicks back into place. Tgis was conneceted to my wires under the seat. It is the left turn signal.

Im also using a sewing needle to try n unlock it but no cigar yet. I cant figure out the trick

The picture I attached was of a Tyco/AMP Multilock series connector. It also has a flap that acts as a secondary lock.

Here's another view.

Does yours have any printing on it that would help identify the brand or series? I'm not familiar with that exact one, but there are only a few lock styles...

It looks very simular. It doesnt have tge indentation on the side like that. And at the end of it there is 2 seperate holed stacked on top of eachother. Thats y im confused. What hole do i put the needle in? Lol ok i know how that sounds but anywho...im not sure where that tang is and wat direction.
