Blue Bob, I’m in the same boat regarding the oem bolts floating around the pulley holes.
I have bst wheels going on the bike and the oem are to long for the new rear wheel and I want to take up the
the extra room with a fatter shoulder, Anyway to purchase the same bolts you have from a vendor? Thanks

I used longer ARP bolts so the bolt shoulder (unthreaded portion) entered the hub. Now the hub is being driven by the bolts strongest area without the threads acting as a stress riser. I then bushed the sprocket holes down from .460" to.440" to tighten up clearance with the full .437" ARP's. Factory sprocket bolts are wasted (smaller in diameter below the head) and only measure around .390" which makes the bolts LOOSE in the sprocket.
I also drilled and safety wired.

You will need to measure the stack up of pulley and possible hub counter bore like the OEM hub. Then pick an ARP bolt with the proper shoulder length. Then if threads are too long shorten them so they don't bottom out. Diagram above should help. There are many vendors for ARP I just happen to use summit racing.

Strictly in the interest of adding info to the database, I just took some measurements. These are "show polished" ARP stainless bolts from AlloyBoltz in Florida, ordered as a rear pulley kit. I don't trust my small nylon micrometer for three decimal points, so only two. All dimensions in decimals, not fractions, obviously...
Bolt:
Overall length, including head: 2.58"
Length from bottom of flange: 2.26"
Diameter of flange: .73"
Diameter of shoulder: .43"
Length of shoulder (to the point where it starts to taper): .93"
Washer:
Overall diameter: 1.6"
Diameter of hole: .45"
Thickness (height): .09"
Bolt:
Overall length, including head: 2.58"
Length from bottom of flange: 2.26"
Diameter of flange: .73"
Diameter of shoulder: .43"
Length of shoulder (to the point where it starts to taper): .93"
Washer:
Overall diameter: 1.6"

With the bolts in this kit you have .470" of unsupported thread that now is in a shear condition. See diagram above showing factory bolt.
By using longer shouldered bolts and shortening the threaded section, if needed, the shoulder is now fully driving the wheel.
