what is this connector for and what do I do with it?
 
Replaced the stock air intake on my FLD with a second hand HO intake. There is a connector attached to a blind socket on the original air cleaner backplate. What is it made for and what do I do with it?

Pics would help but my guess is it’s the servo motor connector on the left side of the intake. Double check to make sure you bought a air cleaner that’s meant to work with throttle by wire

All I had to do was a search for this issue and read the 20 or do threads about it.
Seems that it is for International models that have emissions control. But I am in New York ... no control ... lots of emissions.
I’ll zip tie it up
