I spent a whole lot of time looking into this for myself. As long as we're talking 2:1's, honestly performance wise they are all pretty close to being the same. The tune is important.
I suggest hearing them in person, youtube doesn't do many of them justice, especially like a Thunderheader.

The Road Rage 3 is a common choice. So is the TBR.

That short Hi-Output looks awesome, though if it drowns out short shots it's gotta be crazy loud. Do you have a baffle choice for it? It looks right on an 'S'.

You are correct about youtube not do any exhaust justice. I believe there is a quiet baffle available for the Hi-Output.

Throw some Thunder Torque Inserts™ in your exhaust, no matter which way you decide to go. You'll get back the low and mid range torque you may lose when changing exhaust.

You'll also get a bit deeper tone, giving your bike a throatier growl, much like the old "loping" Harley sound.

Check out this sound clip-

Best exhaust mod when comparing results per dollar spent.(29.95)

Also, here's a report on Harley exhaust. Check it out, pretty interesting with lots of useful info-

What kind of seat do you have? That looks really good on the low rider.
