Look into Burly Brand Slammer Shocks and Fork Lowering Kits. I' have had good luck with their stuff and it's less expensive than other brands.

Front = Over 2" drop with Progressive Drop-In kit
Rear = Arnott's Air Ride. Shock length = 9.75" (dumped) - 12.0" (pumped).

I've done a 1" lowered on a low rider. Didn't like the handling or the easy bottoming out so went back to standard height on the front and .5" raised in the rear.

I did a Burly Slammer kit on a Sportster. I’m not sure that I’d do it again. It looked great and was better balanced for a sporty. But it really had me looking for the bumps in the road. Rears only might not be bad.

I installed a 1" lowering block to go with my Ohlins shocks which are adjustable length. The shocks were on the bike when I purchased it from the orig owner. I have the length of the shock as short as I can get, then with the 1" block it puts it right were I want it. I still retain full adjustability, sag settings and shock travel ( solo rider bike does not bottom out) and it rides nice and aggressive. I also have the Ohlins fork cartridge kit on the front but It is stock height. I may raise the forks 1/2 inch in the trees or so but its good for now.

you know, if you'd actually pay attention you would know I started a thread about how much I don't like the scraping I was getting with my burleys. I swapped them out, now another member is looking for a cheap way to lower his dyna. If offering mine up makes me an *******, well I guess I'm an *******. Or maybe you're just an internet tough guy with a bleeding *******. Whats your deal?
