Got my Krator t sport installed today. Here are a few pics of how it turned out. I really love the way this thing looks on the bike and it blocks quite a bit of wind. Pictures are a little blurry, camera sucks on my phone.

Krator fairing looks great @Jim8208 What sort of spacer was utilized between the upper metal windshield support tabs (bronze appearing)? I had to lever my support tabs in 1/8-3/16 of an inch to get things to line up.

3/29/19 - Installed the Lowe’s rubber washers, rubber grommets, and added 6 nyloc nuts ($11 total). 4 nyloc nuts installed on the molded in fairing bolts, and 2 nyloc nuts installed on the lower windshield bolts. Grommets fit as they should, if not better than the original plasticy rubber things. This windshield was seemingy rigid before, but the upgraded rubber further reduces tolerances; very solid now. Thinking the next logical step is to grab solid aluminum round stock and begin to draft up the plastic replacement parts.

They are a couple of brass nuts I had laying in my toolbox. They added just the right amount of space to the assembly and I thought they added a nice overall touch to it also. I'm curious to see how the fairing holds up after a few months. Right now it's very solid, it doesn't deflect quite as much wind as the Harley detachable windshield I had on before but it looks a lot better. As far as nuts and bolts I pretty much just used what came in the box, maybe an extra washer or two I already had. They aren't the best quality so I wouldn't be surprised if I'm not replacing some of them down the road at some time. May have to do what you did and buy some better quality grommets, nut and bolts. We'll see.

Could I bother you for the size of the rubber grommets you purchased? I was having no luck finding a better quality replacement in Canada but since we are currently in the USA I could swing by a Lowe’s. Thanks

With a little imagination you can make this fit any HD. With the inverted forks on my Roadster, I had to heavily modify their top bracket. May put one of these on my FatBob. Will have to change headlights if I do.

@HD_Matt The grommets utilized for the lower windshield mounting are Hillman brand - 3/16 x 11/16 x 3/8 x 1/2; Obtained from Lowe's big box store; single grommet per bag so you'll need two little baggies. They fit pretty darn good for not being application specific. That along with the squish from the washers = even better.

Not a whole lot of information on the Lowe's website, but this should* be the exact grommet: https://www.lowes.com/pd/Hillman-0-1...rommet/4565075

Here's a pic of mine. I may need a shorter windscreen as well.

Here's how mine ended up. I used the altered industries headlight block as it allowed to be mounted on the top of the triple tree where the JD Customs block had to mounted on the bottom. Also bought the Rifle 14" windshield because I didn't like the recurve, distortion, and glare on the original windshield. Used JD Customs anti-buffeting kit that came with the Hillman grommets, better washers, and the stand offs for the bottom. The Rifle windshield holes are slightly narrower than the original plus the angle of the shield with the stand offs meant I had to drill additional holes at the bottom of the shield to get everything to line up nice. I've got some paint touch up to do on it, but otherwise I like how it turned out.

For all of you guys that are painting your fairing... Are you painting the inside or leaving that raw black plastic? I have a Brilliant Silver Pearl Street Bob. I am just unsure if I should tape off the inside and leave it black (Other than the tins, the rest of the bike is blacked out) or paint it silver to match the outside and tins.
