There's really nothing special about a FXDX bottom tree. It's no different (literally) than most of the other Dynas ... except for the WG of course

Putting one on my Fxdls soon. Anyone have pics of the upper windshield mounts ? And are the holes in the upper plasic mount adapters supposed to be threaded...?

I'm not sure if they were threaded or not but the screws go in just fine

Hopefully these pictures help. As for the plastic piece, they were not threaded on mine either, the bolt just screws into them.

Now I have to wait for the jd's light bracket. Unfortunately I had already ordered the menphis shades one and learned it wouldn't work. Need some longer riser bolts as well with the 2 " spacer kit.

I hope I didn't miss something.... did anyone mount this on an 05 and older with 39mm forks? Does it attach to forks or just the bottom triple tree? Thanks

Just to the bottom of the riser bolts and the headlight bolt location
