Why a 19" wheel on a Wide Glide? If you want to reduce trail just raise the fork tube protrusion in the clamps; easy peasy. A 19" wheel is silly.
Me, I went way the other way; 3" over Wide Glide fork tubes, and used an RC Components special order wheel; 3.5 x 21 with a 120/70 tire.
