Default Quick Disconnect Sissy Bar
Hey everyone, I’m looking for a quick disconnect sissy bar for my 2003 FXD. I like carrying passengers but do not like having the back rest on when I’m riding solo. I can not seem to find the hardware I need to install the quick disconnect side plates. I was wondering if anyone could help me out with a part number and a place to find it. The Harley website doesn’t seem to offer the hardware but does offer the side plates for my year. Thanks in advance!

I haven’t found this to be the case. Mine fits so tight that I struggle getting them on and off. I have the quick disconnect sissy bar. Strictly ride solo , but love being able to bungee a bag or backpack if needed.

Yea im not to worried about a back rest vibrating to much, I figured when I put it on I'll have someone on the back putting pressure on it not allowing it to move around.
