I know S&S and TIG weld. Not finding one.

You already have one. Take it out, straighten it, weld it, put it back in.

Any shop that can do that should also be able to source a new one if yours is scrap.

Darkhorse Crankworks, they'll either true/balance/pin your existing crank, or supply you with a new one is for some reason you don't think that's enough.

Several. Had a dozen Harley's over 50 years. Rode my FXR from Indianapolis to San Diego. I know what's normal. This one's like riding a wood-chipper. Parked. Fortunately, I have a Victory and a BMW. No maintenance on either one.
