FatBob Ready for Pick Up
New crank assy installed. Picking up tomorrow. Fingers and toes crossed. Update pending.

That was pretty quick turnaround!
Did the tech have any notes or comments? |
Give us a report when you ride it. I am hoping this works out well for you so you can finally be happy.

Back to normal! It was definitely the crank assy. (.019 TIR) $2,100 total. Like this tech. He's 7' tall, has hands the size of my head and rattles off specs like a bee on honey.

That's AWESOME! I think I'd be sending a strongly worded letter with documentation to MoCo, seeking reparations. Not that it will do any good, but I'd feel better getting it out. I really respect the follow-thru you put into this problem. I know it was frustrating and expensive. I wish it wasn't, but nothing can change that.
Kudos! |

Cant wait for the long term update. Glad things worked out but sorry for the way it had to be.

Rode up to Julian and back today. Vibration is back, leaking oil from the primary and the valve sleeves. My head is exploding!!
