They’re a pretty big name in the sport bike and dirt bike world. I’d greatly recommend looking over their options if they’re in your price range.

It bugs me a bit that you buy a brand new motorcycle and have to go out and replace the shocks. I got about 1,000 miles on the bike now. But I will get over it shortly. I had to do it with the seat. I should be used to it by now. They can be in my price range, but if I can find something else as good for less, I will head in that direction. It looks like Hagon is no longer available here in the USA without going directly to the UK.

I got the same gripe. We pay an arm and a leg for these bikes and they cant even put in an OK suspension. The shocks they put on these are pure garbage...and I'm not exaggerating. At least have shocks in the Hagon or Progressive range of quality. That's not asking much.

Its definitely disappointing to have to shell out so much on upgrades but we have only ourselves/the market to blame. For the longest time the majority of Harley buyers could care less about having a good suspension. Most were just looking for the style and sound so that’s all they focused on as a company.

Thankfukly it seems like people were voicing their concerns about this more as the new Softail frame gets Showa suspension front and rear. They’re another big name in the sport/dirt bike world. In case you haven’t test riden one yet, I’d bordeline reccomend against doing so for a while. At least if you want to be happy with your dyna for a while. The entire chassis is a major improvement from the dyna platform.

By the way, Soeed King’s looks to have Hagon Nitros and piggy backs available.

So do you have to mess with the front fork at all if you change the height on the rear shocks? FXDF has 12" from what I recall.
