Sold the Super Glide...
I have not visited the HD Forums much and the Dyna forums even less over the past year. Life changes, new projects, not spending as much time on the computer but spending way too much time on face book when I do...
For years, I have been wanting to retire and do a restoration project build on a bagger and take a long road trip on it. I finally found the bike, a 2003 Ultra Annie, in covered storage at a salvage yard in Lufkin and hauled it home in March, retired in May, and worked on it all summer and started riding it in September. I did not plan on selling my 69K mile 2001 FXD, but it was just sitting in the garage getting dusty and an old friend kept asking if I would sell it to him. At first, I was not even considering selling it, but I store my son's 2004 FXDLI in the garage and with the three bikes and trying to work on one, I was cramped. Then the Ultra project was costing more than I had anticipated but still under budget...but I wasn't riding the Dyna.
My friend kept asking and I kept waffling and I finally told him that I would sell it to him for no less than $3500 thinking that was a safe price I could live with but that he would pass on but he showed up with cash in hand and a trailer...and now I do not have a Dyna anymore. But, there is still the Low Rider and my FLHTCUI Annie is coming along nicely with the extra cash infusion.

I am usually so busy that I do not stop to shoot photos...but I took a lot of photos of this project.
This is the latest photo. I am changing the handlebars to 12 inch and adding an oil temp gauge kit so I can finish it up.
My plan is to post the project photos on the Touring forum
~$4500 total
