I didn't even know Lowbrow sold those bags. I had to have mine imported from Japan. The other guys laugh at me, but I know who's catchin' the sick fish.

Yep, you're late to the party my friend ... Been There, Done That ... Upon confirmation, I dropped my Hello Kitty for the UNI in a heart beat

If it's good enough for Takeshi Kovacs, it's good enough for me!

Oh yeah. It's the latest and greatest. If you think that's impressive you should see the canopy she has over her bed. It's amazing what a little blonde haired, blue eyed girl can sucker her dad into.

Unboxed it tonight just to have a look and get a quick mock up to see how it’ll work with my bags. It looks and feels really well made. I won’t get it on this trip because I’m not going out to work in the garage when it’s 10 below at night.

So today I finally got around to putting on the pipe. Install was super easy. 1 hour tops, including getting bugged by my wife a few times. I love the sound. A ton quieter than my sideshots. I have an issue though. I let the bike idle for about 30 seconds and both headpipes started smoking like there was something on them, but I made sure they were absolutely clean before I started it up. So I shut it off and looked closer and sure enough on both head pipes it looked like there was something on them. I grabbed a microfiber to wipe them down and the black paint wiped right off, down to bare metal! Like the damn paint melted after 30 seconds! LowBrow is closed right now but I’m calling them tomorrow morning to see what they have to say. Here’s pictures and a video.

Damn! That sucks...You would think they would have a decent finish on them considering they don’t have heat shields.

Possibly a heat cure epoxy or ceramic. Some of those can be quite delicate until cured. Just throwing it out there.
