Default Bassani rr3 stainless

I was debating getting rr2 black or rr3 ss and finally went with rr3 I really like how its looks on the bike and was easy to install. Post 06 Dyna don't have to install the shim for mid control on the exhaust side according to instructions only pre 06 needs the shim plate. I highly recommend you to replace your exhaust port gaskets as the old ones are probably smooshed from previous exhaust. I bought the V&H fuel pack 3 with my new set up and it was a breeze to set up. they already have a map for the rr3 and honestly took less than 15 min by the time I unwrapped from the box to when I disconnected from the bike. No decel pop so far but time will tell didn't went faster than 70km/h and no highway speed yet. I'm very happy with the sound day and night compared to my v&h short shots. feel free to ask I you have any questions. JP

I like mine as well, good sound without being too obnoxious. After a few cycles, it starts to turn a golden bronze color

First mod I did to my 2017 LRS. I also run a FP3 and have had no decel pop issues.

I thinkFP3 is a great tuner and affordable for a stage 1 or 2 it gives you over 200 choices for exhausts and V&H have a very good customer service I emailed them twice and received an answer back with in a day . do you keep yours on the bike ? wonder if it fit inside the box cover, ?

Yes I keep mine hooked up on bike. There is a small slot next to connector it slides right into so I just left it there.
