I would say it is wheel bearing for sure with that high pitch squeal. If it was a sticking brake/rotor it would do it all the time. Accel and decel. This seems to go away when you give it throttle and shows up when your off the throttle. It could be your tire was misaligned and now put all that stress on wheel bearings. Fix it before it welds itself while your riding. That would turn out horrible.

I don't believe it is the front wheel but I am open to any and all suggestions. I will check the front wheel when I get home.
