Some dealers set to the original buyers zip code and some people never reset it. Also try 01010

You'll eventually be there anyway to get a fob. The dealer can program a new one and reset the pin. On auction buys, it's the first thing I do.

Thanks
The dealer said he could not program my new FOB without the old pin, is this BS? I have bought a new 41000351E BCM. Hope that will take care of it.
after 500.00 bucks

I've had Street Glides, Ultras and Softail to the dealer for a fob and programming. I've never provided them a pin. I guess I don't understand why your dealer cannot. Weird

Did you outbid them at auction, and they're pissed off? hahaha... yeah, get a different dealer.

They are lying. You can read the PIN number thru the software they have Via the bcm. I’m just thinking you may have to show proof of ownership first
