My bike is basically stock, but until I gave it more air, etc. it couldn't go over 107 mph in any gear.
With a few relatively cheap mods, it'll easily bury the speedo needle in 6th gear.
I am about 6'1", 160 lbs / wet.
I run her up to about 105 in fourth, then 115 in 5th, then into 6th and just cruise at 120 mph.
Before I put a backrest on, I could hardly hold on over 65 mph. With the backrest speed is no issue, except the feet want to be airplanes over 110 mph.
I personally don't recommend speeds in excess of 65 mph [8D]
, but then 6th gear is rather useless under 80 mph.
Ride safe.
