I'll also ask what your CR is. That's a major contributor to overall power in an engine. If you have a flat top piston, there's your problem. You're in the low 9's for CR at best.
Did they make any changes between those two pulls to get rid of that big gulp of air she took at 2000 RPM? It's as if the accelerator pump had an air bubble in it.
