This is on the basket itself. Remove derby cover for access.

No it was not loose and the adjuster is not suposed to move with the locking nut. That's why the locker is their man. Future refrince.

Alright guys so I twore it all apart and the rivets were comming out . I replaced it with the bdl exstra plate kit and she runs like a top guys thanks for all the help
