Default Spitting oil from heavey breather

I have problem with my heavy breather spitting oil on to the front fender. I checked the oil level & I'm about at the third square from the bottom of the dip stick. Is it possible that that oil level is to high.
I siphoned some oil out to the second square indicator on the stick & the bike is still spitting oil. Now I drained the oil down to the add a quart mark & I'm going to just add a half of quart to see if that stops the spitting. The front of the air cleaner is covered in oil.
This is this first time in over 10 yrs. that this has ever happened. What's going on, any help is appreciated.

Year bike and mileage?
Could be the umbrella valves are bad.

Have you looked at the fork seal area? Usually the excess oil from the filter is carried by the wind down the right side of the bike

Are you checking the oil while on the jiffy stand?

Sounds like a breather issue, take it all apart and clean it (your air cleaner). Where do your breathers vent of that AC..? If its into your AC then that’s where the oil is coming from. Umbrella valves a possibility a plug vent or hole....

If you are traveling at speed (50-60 mph) how does oil coming out of the air filter in the wind stream get to the front fender? I am really curious on this one.

I find it strange too that the front fender has oil on it too. When I cruise around the neighborhood at low speeds there's no oil to be seen anywhere on the bike. When I go at higher speeds on the highway there's oil dripping from the face of the heavy breather & the front fender is covered in oil on the air cleaner side of the bike.

I had the cams changed last year & everything was fine till the first ride of this new season. Don't know if that has anything to do with the problem. I try to clean out the breather bolts to see if that helps.
I'm going to siphoned some more oil out of the bike down to the first square mark on the dip stick to see if the problem goes away. I like to try that out before calling my guy to take a look at things. I haven't been able to ride much due to health problems & with the recent heat wave it may be a while before I can get back to post results..

Thanks for everyone's help.

Are you sure this is motor oil and not fork oil from a leaking seal or two?
