tire pressure
I bought a 2012 Dyna Street Bob, I have Michelin 31 inch Scorchers 100/90 B19 on the front and 160/70 B17 on the back, can someone tell me what tire pressure should be?

30 lbs. front 40 lbs. rear.
|
36/41 cold
|
If those are stock sizes and on my bike I would run the HD recommended cold pressure until I have contacted Michelin tech to find out what the pressures should be for their tires.

has more to do with the vehicle on the tires than the tires on the vehicle. It’s in the manual... or the door of your car. That’s why it’s not listed on the tire. (Other than the max) |
The maximum load and maximum inflation pressure are required to be branded on the sidewall of tires sold in North America.

if your roads are anything like new England run 3-4 psi over cold . just smoked both spoked rims due to new England roads. upon investigation of cours the front rrim was also missing its strap right from the factory. must of been a Friday wheel. harley always seems to stoop lower and lower in the whole Qc department . if that even exists there .

inside the door panel of my car is the recommended pressure of 30 psi front and 33 psi rear. Doesn’t matter whether it’s a Michelin, pirelli, Goodyear etc. Recommended pressure is in regard to the vehicle. My ultra is 36f 40 r whether it’s a Dunlop, Avon, elite etc. |
What does the sticker on the frame say?
