I'm now about to "fix" this by swapping for 0 deg trees and a bit shorter tubes (or just let them protrude a bit on the upper tree). Since I'm strongly about to keep the wide frontend appearance (9.85" of tree width), the first swapping trees option which stumbled upon my mind was a fat bob trees. Yet, I soon discovered that they have -1 degree.... Can you suggest the model & year, from which I should chase the trees, to be 100% compatible with my bike, but to have 0 deg???
De-Rake Kit for Sportster, FXR & FXD - Fork Cups & Raked Fork Cups - Vulcanworks.net - American Made Parts for Harley Davidson Motorcycles https://share.google/NDcDaP485YtcZb97J

Fits:
1988-Up FXR
1991-2017 FXD
1988-2022 Sportsters with 39mm front ends

Ideal for Flat Track Racing, Reduces Neck rake by 3 Degrees for quicker steering.
Note: This will raise your fork tubes by about 11/16" (lower the front end).

Machined from High Carbon Steel & Bright Nickel Plated for Corrosion Resistance
Bottom bearing cup has a fork stop lug.
Retains internal fork lock & tapered bearings.
ATTN DYNA WIDE GLIDES: If you are swapping the front end to a 39mm use the Sportster kit that matches the trees not the dyna wide glide kit.

Set includes: Raked fork cups, Neck Bearings, and a new Fork stem

Thanks for the suggestion, I was considering raked cups at one moment, but that does very little for the overall stability. The main goal is to get the most optimal geometry, but cups... They will just reduce the angle of the neck, in a good manner, but there's still a different angle between the stem and tubes, and thats the main thing I'd like to get rid off. My currently most acceptable compromise would be FXDF trees, with -1 degree, if I fail to find 0 degree trees....
