i want to add 4.5 in. pullback risers and at the same time run the wires internaly i have been able to do some things thanks to this great forum because i dont know s--- but i am learning thats half the fun doing it yourself also couldnt afford to have it done would never have the ***** to try these projects without you guys thanks to all

after you remove the screw under the cover, pull the bottom of the cover out/away. On the top of thecover are 2 slots that fit over tabs and you have to clear these. If you take off the seat you'll see them.

thanks i got it off on mine there are 2 bolts by the ignition switch i had to remove . battery tilted down and the cover pulled out. had 2 clips on the bottom thanks for the feedback
