Has anyone seen these type of foot pegs before? I think I may have run across the style some time ago but have never seen them in that red / chrome combo...

The only things I've seen close to that is at Catseyecustom.com

 

I think whoever did the paintwork on the bike also painted the pegs...notice the reds are the same on the frame as well as the pegs...

I've seen the chrome ones like those at J&P....

My next question is, how can I go from a "brake pedal pad" to the round shifter style as in the photo? The brake lever on my forward controls won't accept something like that...
