i want to put a lawdown lens on the tail-light it says i need to use a wedge bulb #3157 it that plug & play or is other work involved. thanks in advance

 

The one I bought came with an adapter for the wedge bulb but the bulb is so close to the lens it might melt it over time.

 

thanks for the feedback. it didnt mentoin an adaptor so ill have to dig into it further.

 

The one I bought, a Drag Specialties model, didn't require a bulb change. Used all season with no problem.

 

in the j.p. cycles catalog itsaid to use thewedge bulb. ill try it with the stock bulb, then if it dosent fit i can always change it. thanks for the info
