...But she's looking the way I like. I would eventually like to lower it a bit and try a different seat, but here;s before and after.

Nice, I love metal flake, very rarely does it get apportioned correctly. I did the bag too.

Looks great! Good choice on the paint job. I think you're right that it would perhaps look nice with the lowered rear but beware that these bikes already suffer from lack of suspension travel, not sure that you'd like the performance with even less!

No I didn't. I just measured and sewed them on the kitchen table, then lined them with rigid plastic sheeting. Attached with heavy zip ties. Thinking of redoing them in leather. Thanks everyone!
