just did mine today. I got them back from powdercoater and put them together today. To be honest, if you have a manual, just follow the directions and you will have no problems. The hardest part is getting the top cap on as others have said here. I had a buddy puch it down and then I twisted the tube till it was a few threads in and then just tighten it up. I laughted after I did it cause I was making a bigger thing of doing it then it turned out to be. You will be fine.

The trees will add a 1.5 degree increase in the rake. I'm going to polish my sliders and change the oil when dig into it. I have seen a lot of recommendations for the Screamin Eagle oil.
