I'm thinking about getting an '08 Lowrider and I was just wondering if there are any glaring common problems with them. Heat issues, tranny problems, handling etc? I'll be leaving it factory-stock and need some input from the experts!

Leaving it factory stock is a major problem.They eat credit cards like a hotblonde on coke.

 

If you leave it stock I would suggest you look into getting the Nightrider.com IED's
It will cool your motor down some.

I have an 07 lowrider and about the only issue I realized was how hot the bike got.

I love mine but its far from stock. The only comments I have seen on the forum is the mid controls for taller riders it can be a little tight. I like itwith the highway pegsand mids you get the best of both worlds. If you are vertically challenged like myself it fits like a glove.I am 5'5".
