Street Bob's $13,995
 

Just got an email from my local dealer about a sale they are having on Street Bob's. That sounds like a pretty good price. Is it?

Sounds like a good one to me but I don't know exactly what they normally sell for.

I went into a dealer for the first time in a couple of months last night. Had a lot of bikes on the floor and, I'll bet, close to half of them were "duracells" or "CVO's". Of all the bikes, they had 2 dyna's - 1 duracell lowrider and 1 red denim street bob. Not a SG, WG, LR, or FB to be found in there. Well, they did have an 08 CVO dyna as well but, not just anyone is going to walk in and buy that thing. It's a sweet bike!

HD lists 2008's as $13, 795 plus extras (color, security, freight, dealer prep, doc, tax, title, etc.).
I gues it depends on what he's including in his $13,995 price

That's what I paid out the door, so it's not that good.

In 2006 I paid $13,500 for mine. So that price is about right, but not any sort great buy.

Go by H-D.com MSRP. I paid 13.2 for an 06 Superglide before all the tax and stuff. They wanted like15K for a Street Bob BUTHarley MSRP was 13.6 on the SB. They were jacking with me.
That is not a bad price. LOOK UP MSRP on harley site under specs.

MY STICKER PRICE WAS 14,600 AFTER TAX TITLE AND LICENSE IT WAS 17,500 SO ITS AN OK PRICE.....

I think you can do better.Last june I perchased an 07 bob 11975 plus tax title and registation.
These dealers are going to be stuck with alot of bikes this summer.People ren't buying anything
and the dealers are still trying to see msrp.Unbelieveable.

I think you could do better.
I was at a dealer the other day when the manager came out of his office with a $2000 OFF sign.
I asked him if he was looking for a bike to put it on,(I had been eyeballing a Street Glide) he said pick one!
If I could only justify it![:@]
