if you go with the PCIII then you can plug your o2 sensors since they are not used. the fuel pac uses the sensors, i have been wrong before though! i did find a couple of drain plugs and they fit great. i am installing the pipes tonight... hope to get a pic up when i am done.
and as for the stupid looks... yeah i called the local dynojet dyno tuner in my area... spoke to a chick in parts and i told here i was looking for an "O2 sensor plug". she said she didnt really know what i was talking about, then ask what bike i had "an 02(read zero, two) what?" and i said never mind! give me to someone in service!

i should mention that the local tuner is a suzuki dealer......
also you guys that used plugs... did you use any type of washer... the guys at carquest (whom i know pretty well) told me they would put a copper washer there instead of the supplied plastic one. i was either going with a copper, steel, or no washer at all. thoughts?

I went with no washer at all. It came with a plastic one but i yanked that off. I was wondering the same thing before i did mine. I thought the O2 sensors had a copper crush gasket. I was at a dealer and asked them the same question. I was told that i didnt need one for the plugs. The guy at the dealer pulled out some plugs from drag specialties and they didnt have any washers. I would think that as long as you've got that plug well seated and you've got a metal to metal face seal on the the bung you'd be good to go. I've got a couple hundred miles on my bike since my install 2 wks ago and have had no problem yet.

ok guys i got her done last night... took her for a quick spin and she is only has some minor popping on decelration... i know there is posts somewhere in here on how to adjust the curve to fix the problem. so i will be adjusting my map a little tonight or this weekend to try to fix this and set my zero throttle and WOT. thanks for all the help guys. i ended up using the copper washers.
total install time for A/C, Pipes, and PCIII was about 2-2.5 hours. if you have a few tools and a little know how you can do all this yourself in no time at all!
