I'm lookin to put some drags on my super glide but i would rather not screw around with cables and blah blah. plus what is out there for mounts. If anyone has a good setup please post some pics/specs on your setup. Thanks

We did this to my brother's SuperG and I think it's a very nice looking bike.

Drag bars and Duece style risers from www.KCInt.com only total about $80.00. Added the guage mount for $100 more.

Search out my posts for more info, but it is a guage mount adapter by Accutronix. It is used on T-bars, but the Duece style risers we have are 1.25" diameter and they make a mount to fit.

Comes in 1", 1.25, and 1.5" diameters. Here is the page from Accutronix site...adapters on the bottom:http://www.accutronix.com/products/risers/R1.shtml

You will need the 2 piece style mount from the 2004 and older bikes if you want to get this look.

There are more pics if you click the link in my sig which brings you to this page:http://www.villagephotos.com/pubbrow...der_id=1853974

And here's a couple close ups:

Love that look! I followed the link to KC Intl but did not see that style bar on the handlebar pages. Do you have the part #?

Thanks

I just looked and didn't see them either.

Sometimes when they are out of stock they remove the price or the item.

You could keep checking back or Email them for some info...just make sure you don't get bars for a Springer as the mounting width is different.

I had Wild 1's 501 drag bars and didn't change the cables had to slightly bend the brake line. I switched out the tank to a street bob to move the speedo.

I did the same set-up with my SG, I actually think it was you who turned me on to that bracket! But since my accident over Labor Day, my insurance company gave me a nice check, so I ordered a Dakota Digital speedo instead. I have always hated the stock speedo on my bike, it just stands out wayyy too much. I'd be willing to sell you my bracket Speedracer, for say $50 bucks if you want. There is nothing wrong with it, it didn't take any damage during my accident, it is in mint shape. I'd even come down on the price if you want, what the heck! It'll just sit in a box somewhere. Drop me a PM and we can work something out. Mine fits on 1" t-bars. I got my bars from JP Cycles, they were $80 if I remember. Part number 500-236 on this page: http://www.jpcycles.com/catalog/2008...talog/0808.asp

Let me know if your interested in the bracket. I have the 1" ones (P/N GM102) at the bottom of the page:
