I just put the SS on my ride with the quiet baffles and they are awesome. Great harley sound without the raspy irritation......

 

Not THE loudest, but I've got V-Twin (cheap ****) 2-1/4" Side Sweeps. No baffles. They're pretty loud and raw-sounding. I really like them, but probably not a tone (regardless of volume) for everyone. I never put a meter to them, but they're definitely illegal and WILL cause hearing damage. I always wear hearing protection, tho.

I was lighting up car alarms a half block before I got there.

And yeah, After about a year, they were even louder.

It's older brother with 1000hp and open collectors was...er...a bit noisy-er...

 

This can be loud at times.

 

I like this... A lot.

 

I eyed that pipe real close when I was in the market, but I just couldn't stomach the cost. Never heard one in person. Around here, "custom" mostly mean "Screamin' Eagle & dealer installed"
