Default progressive springs

does anyone know what the difference is on the front progressive springs they have a drop in set and then one that says you have to take apart the forks?

The lowering set you have to take the internals apart to install the lowering springs. Drop in set is just the progressively wound fork spring

dont know about the progressives but Burley sells a drop in spring set that lowers the bike either 1 or 2 inches - no fork dissambly required - just lift the front end, remove the fork caps, pull out the old springs, insert the new ones and the appropriate spacers, button it back up and voila! lowered front end. Talked to them recently and the 06 - 08 Dyna slammer kit is coming out soon.
