Early Christmas present
Picked up my new pipes yesterday for my 09 FXDB Street Bob. Along with them I got a stage 1 A/C set up. I ordered a Fuelpak and that should be here next week. Well i actually didnt get new pipes....I got V & H Straightshot slip-ons. I can't wait to get these things on. Stock exhaust just wasnt doing it for me. My problem? It snowed 12 inches here today and spring now seems even farther away!!!!!! Merry Christmas Everyone!!!!

After a Ice storm earlier in the week it warmed up to 55 today. Was able to log about 150 miles today and test out my early Christmas stuff (new bar set-up).

nice real nice rub it in a little harder 55 that sounds like a heat way. See it pay to be nice, that little fat guy had to start early because bike parts are so heavy.

You'll like the straightshots.... a bit loud for my taste, so I put in the quiet baffle.
Rounder... man just rub it in dude
it's 4 frigging degrees here with 15" snow in my yard, I want to ride so bad I can taste it :0

I've also got the V&H slipons and they were a bit too raspy for me. I put in the "quiet" baffles, which really don't do much for quieting, but they do give them slipons a deeper, throatier tone. They also add a bit of back pressure which helps in the low and midrange torque. I'd recommend you add them to your Christmas list.
