I hate harleys throttle tube..u cant graba handfull in one twist of the rist..I found this harley quick turn throttle tube..

If u guys order it get it through drag specialties its only $26 bucks..compared to their $40 bucks..

IT WILL WORK.. I saw that also,I called them and asked them before i ordered..

 

most likely have not changed there web site to reflect that it will work on the newer ones too. Seen that on alot of sites. Stuff I know will work and it still says up to 2006.

Might be a dumb question, but where do you find grips for Harleys that don't already have the throttle tube glued/attached to the grip?

I ordered direct from G2 and was gonna cancell my order for just the quick turn tube, so they sent me a new set of their Rub Dog grip system w/the quick turn option at no extra charge...received it last night via priority mail but haven't had time to install it. I'm impressed with their customer service...

Directions say you have to take out the inner cruise control brake and outer tightener from the throttle housing...their 1/4 turn throttle system will not work unless it is removed.

 

Yeah i fogot to mention that u loose the cruise control.
Im in the same boat..im going to have to take the tube out from my pm renthal grips..to fit the 1/4 turn.

 

Guess I am a dumb ***. What is the point? My 99 sporty and my 03 lowrider both get to speed as quick as I care to go. Or are we talking a sreaming eagle drag bike here.
