i was never happy with the 2 up look on my bike, so today i changed it back to solo.. removed the sissybar and put back the 06 streetbob seat.. i was surprised how well the rear fender cleaned up after having 2 up seats on it for 2 years..took some wd40 and elbow grease to remove the rubber bumper residue and some scratch remover here and there where the paint had been rubbed...overall im really happy with the look of it now..looks more "all buisness" in my opinion....next is to remove the passenger pegs and upper belt gaurd, just waiting to get the plugs to fill the bolt holes from the peg mounts...
a note on the skull levers, the clutch side dosent have the little tab on it to engage the clutch safety interlock switch, so i have to start my bike in nuetral now...i wonder how many after market levers are like this... i plan on by passing the switch when i put new drag bars on later this week..
thanks for looking!
