Look on page 86 of your owner's manual. It's on the left side of your bike, slightly behind the kick stand(To the right of).

Absolutely refer to your owners manual. Torque specs (from my rusty memory) are 14 - 21 ft lbs when re-installing (I think). Double check your manual. You'll get into serious trouble if you under or over torque the drain plug.

Also, be sure to use a new rubber gasket on the plug every time. They tear very easily so they're not worth trying to re-use.

Some people also clean the threads and apply white locktite (looks like teflon plumbing tape) to the drain plug. Not mandatory, but helps when removing the bolt on the next oil change.

Cheers,
J

if you look under the bike just behind the jiffy stand you will see a plug coming out the side of the lowest pan on the bike thats your oil. if you look on the other side of the bike at the pan you will see a plug just like the oil one coming straight down that is your tranny drain. I believe they are 5/8 or 9/16 something like that don't have my manual its out in the garage. Someone had a post with a pic but thats where they are.
