ISSUE

Member Lama is in the process of modding his 2007 FXDC into a club style or thug style bike (known today as outlaw bikes) Asks members to provide inspiration and post pictures of their own bikes. Members show off their bikes.

i run that light on my 01 fxdx and did NOT need a load equalizer FWIW.

jpace024, can i ask why you're changing pipes? any complaints?….just curious, i just ordered the same one in black. love your bike btw, different but very cool.

I'm not changing pipes, just getting the shields powder coated.

yeah for some reason i think some people did when i asked….but i tried without one, 7,000 miles later and no problems. who knows!

What color? I had mine done gloss black, but have been smitten by the look of bronzed headers. The shields are still sitting in the bags from the coater. If your chrome ones are in good shape, maybe we can work out a deal. If I decide to put them on down the road, I think I'd prefer chrome with my bike.

I usually don't prefer the blue-ing, but the bronze looks good. New air cleaner CD already? Haha.

Yep...wifey's idea. I forgot I had an old Grateful Dead box set with green SYFs on the CDs. The Mud Mod won't work for me since the DK cleaner uses a 5.87" filter. I'm looking for something more permanent now.
