2012 Wide Glide
Same here as Gummi, I am looking for the wiring diagram for rear turn signals on a 2012 WG. No center light, two side pucks handle running, brake, and turn. Aftermarket center light was added but that was a quick plug-in via HD. I am asking 'cause I am looking to get black rears, but am trying to figure out if I need a 2 or 3 wire setup.
Also, because I am probably gonna go with the LED's, I was told I will need a 1-100 ohm resistor... How does this fit in...?
Thanks in advance.

Check the wire connector carefully. There should be 4 wires if your set up is 'Running/Brake/Turn', 1 wire per function & 1 Ground. If you have 3 wire set up then it will most probably be a 2 function set up 'Run/Turn' or 'Brake/Turn'.

Hi,
Does anyone know where to find a wiring diagram for a Dyna WG 2011?
My model doesn´t have a tail lamp, it´s built into the turn signals.
I´m going to install a new tail lamp and nead to sort out the wiring to the tail lamp. At the moment there are only 3 wires to the turn signals.
Black - Ground
Blue - Constant running light?
Purple/brown (or similar) - Which seems to be both turn signal and brake signal in the same wire.
I also need to know wiring to the front turn signals, I´m going to disconnect the constant running light and need to find out where to cut those wires.
All help is much appreciated!
/Martin

Front running lights have a blue wire.

You sir, are the "Miracle Man"! So it looks like I know which ones to order then. But can anyone explain how I would tie in the resistor? I gonna have to cut, splice, and sauder some wires aren't I?

1998 Dyna Wiring Diagram
I have been searching the forums for this and had such a hard time, I looked elsewhere.
Since I picked up a 97 FXDWG i have been trying to repair the lighting that someone had hacked to the point of it not working. But being here in the great state of Florida, we all know how important it is to be seen.
No front signals, only head light
No rear, only stop light.
Thru trial and error I was able to get the rear tail light working but no directionals.
I found on the JP Cycles support page the attached diagram for 1998 Dyna Glide models.
I will be going outside today to verify if it is the same for a 97 model.
Cheers,
Ray
