Default front wheel bearing problem on FXDF

I recently had my rims powder coated. when i got them back, I put them back on my 09 bob. After I put them back on, I could not attach the left caliper since I did not have the appropriate clearance. I needed another 1/8 inch or so to bolt them on correctly. Also, on the right side I had more clearance then I neede to bolt that caliper on. I checked the Spacers on each side of the bearings which were on correctly. Also, the bearings seemed to be pressed in correctly, leaving the left side flush with the outside wheel, and the right side slightly recessed to accomodate the larger of the two spacers. The guys at the Harley shop couldn't figure this one out as well. I'm scratching my head...Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.

try and have a look at another fatbob wheel bearing,
I've not got a fatbob, but don't you always seat the left bearing first then press home the right side to the inner spacer ?

If the spacer tube inside of the hub between the bearings is not tight against the inner bearing races the bearings are not completely seated and need to be pressed in a little further. If you need to press them in more don't press on the inner race or you will damage the bearing, press on the outer race.

the coating would not be what is creating this issue. never the less we still tape that all off, so they seat flush. did you compress your pistons in your caliper?
