So i have over 7000 miles on my SB, and more than i'd like, the back end has kicked out violently and I have had to save my own *** a few times. I do ride hard, and have been riding for 17 years and have never had a problem like this before on any street bike or ultra glide that I also have currently.

My question, is the tires really that bad, or have I had real bad luck just breaking the back end loose? I have progressive shocks ordered and I'm currently looking at getting some new rubber on the bike, any suggestions on good rubber? thanks for the info yall.

 

What tires are on currently? My son's 2015 came with Michelin Scorchers and his only complaint has been traction in wet. He has ridden pretty aggressively on the Dragon and many other roads dragging pegs for about 6K so far and no issues as far as slipping out.

 

scorchers, yes. just seem to be not good for me.
