I love my Dyna, just can't afford to keep 2 bikes. The dyna is great until I wanna road trip, feels small to me as well on long trips

It's gonna take some time getting used to floor boards instead of footpegs and that darn heel shifter but I'm sure I'll adapt. Even though I only owned the Dyna for about a year and a half I have some great memories and I was sad to see it go. Maybe someday there will be another Dyna in my garage.
could have bought the 07 low profile Harley Davidson Custom Vehicle Operations (CVO) Leather seat which is 1" lower and 1" narrower than stock for $299. Makes a huge difference. I can sit flat footed on the passenger rear CVO seat, although I am 5'11". Best $$ spent

I wouldn't mind a bagger, but I've done several days in the mountains, no problem, Daytona three times, no problem. The last Daytona trip was about 1,700 miles for the week. Around town and on short trips where most riders accumulate their miles, the Dyna is the ticket. I'm 54 years young, so I guess I'm not ready to trade sideways.

Enjoy your new ride.
