Well, it was fun while it lasted...I said goodbye to my 09' FXD yesterday and now I own a brand new 2010 Fat Boy Lo. I got rid of the FXD because I needed a bike that just fit me better(I'm vertically challenged) and the Lo just fit me much better. It's gonna take some time getting used to floor boards instead of footpegs and that darn heel shifter but I'm sure I'll adapt. Even though I only owned the Dyna for about a year and a half I have some great memories and I was sad to see it go. Maybe someday there will be another Dyna in my garage.

You will love the Fatboy and the floor boards/shifter i know i had 2 fatboys , I sent you a PM a the tire gage ....today
How are you finding the other differences in ride such as cornering, suspension, etc.? Does it feel way less nimble or is the difference not that extreme?
Another vote for the heel/toe shifter - you'll love it and it won't take long at all to get used to. That's the only thing I don't like about my FXDB - I'm fine with no boards but would love heel/toe if I could easily add it.
