i dont know about the fuse but i had a similar problem with mine cutting off and it turned out to be a loose ground wire on the battery terminal it would make the bike die just randomly.

Is it all stock or have you made any modifications to it?

the only thing i can think of is the fuel pump is sticking and causing the fuse to blow the bike was parked in the sun and when i opened the gas cap heat came out of the fuel hole that you could feel hope this isnt one of those problems that only comes when you need it not to and wont when you need to show it to a service tec. anyone ever have this happen to them?

This is a warranty issue so I would have the dealer fix it.
If your bored and nothing to do and you have DVOM. Possible short to ground and I am thinking on the fuel pump side of the fuse, might want to pull your dash and see if there is any obvious damage to the wires going to the pump/sending unit. Possible pinched wire under the tank between the fuse panel and FP. Possible short to ground in the tank or a fuel pump drawing too much current, I would think that would happen right away if it was the FP. Does it blow if you just let it idle in the garage, or just when you ride it? Back probe the connector at the sender and FP fuse and check for ground, my 07' diagram shows it as an orange/gray wire. Just guesses here.

hey thanks i checked the wires all looked ok it wont blow if it idling in the shop it only done this two times i thinking the fuel pump is out of the gas and is getting hot( the tank is black and was parked in the sun all day at 102 deg ) and the pump is sticking and causeing the pump to blow a fuse. once gas is above the pump it keeps it cool and it doesnt stick i had a chev that did about the same thing like to never found out what was wrong with it
