Forget lock-tite the bolts that come with a new system are usually dipped in the stuff. You might need heat resistant anti-seize for the O2 sensors,or bung hole plugs if you no longer need the O2 sensors, depends on your system/ tuner setup. Blue lock-tite is however often handy to have for lots of other little maintenance jobs................ Some beer!

spray exhaust nuts day before removing them with kroil , panther **** , liquid wrench , or ect . buy new screaming eagle exhaust gaskets ( under 10 bucks ) . undo heat shields with screw driver or correct nut driver ( not sure of size ) put heat shields to side . undo exhuast bolts at heads with 1/2 socket and long extension . undo exhaust mounts with 9/16 socket and pull old exhaust off . with small screw driver pull out exhaust gaskets , slide new gaskets in seating them with your fingers

Are the nuts on the heads somewhere between 45-60 lb's? Besides those, any other torque specs for any others?
Let me see if I have this right, o2 sensors disconnect from bike, not stock pipe before I remove them, then remove stock pipes. O2 sensors can go on new pipes before the are put on bike.
So basically, dig out old gaskets, put in new ones, using original clamps, insert pipes and keep everything hand tight until everything is in place, tighten to spec, connect o2 sensors, wipe down pipes, ride, then come home and check everything again and re tighten if needed?
