Default Street Bob 2-up problem

Wonder if anyone can help me out....I just purchased my Street Bob and I'm looking to convert to a 2-up setup to have the girlfriend come along for rides. My issue is that I do not want anything permanent because I really like the solo look when I ride alone. Are there any seat manufacturers that make a 2-up seat with a backrest for the passenger attached to the seat? I want to avoid doing any permanent mods to the bike that will take away from the solo look when I ride alone. Thanks.

I have a dual seat and quick detach back rest that are added in seconds.
you could also add a pillion to your oem seat. There are many options out there. You'll also need passenger foot rests.

I have always used a suction cup p-pad, wife says it is comfortable enough. But I also have a seat off a super glide for longer rides that takes all of 2 minutes to swap with the lepera I usually ride.

I run the quick detatch HD setup and an HD sissy bar. I usually run the bare bones seat but when going 2-up, I use a Mustang vintage solo and vintage pillion pad...it's a very comfortable setup and takes a couple minutes to go from solo to 2-up.

What kind of quick detach back rest do you have? I have seen the two up seats that are pretty easy to put on and take off, but I'm just curious as to how to go about mounting a non-permanent backrest. It would be simple if I had the two strut bolts to work with but there is only the one and the rear turn signals.

Thanks for the responses.

You can run a back rest from haulen ***. http://www.haulenass.com/product/HA-BRFXD-P-P1

They are easy to install and leave no permanent hardware when removed.

I'm not sure how well you can see that, but this is how the HD docking kit mounts. you do have two mounting points on your bob, the kit mounts between the turn signal and the strut.

I like the haulinass back rest. I can use a normal 2-up seat with that, correct? If so, that might be my answer.

Thanks again for the responses.

I have two seats for solo and 2 up and detachable backrest... It takes me one minute to convert. One of the easiest mods to make. I also have an adjustable shocks.

Simple...

I run the pillion seat that attached to the HD fender rack. The back rest attaches to the pillion seat and gos on and off in about two seconds.
