West Coast T-Bars or Street Slammers
I bought stock replacement handlebars for my bike as I bent the other ones, long story. I haven't had a chance to put them on yet and someone suggested Street Slammers. I like both the slammers and the t-bars. I have a question what size rise? I'm 5'8" tall. And has anyone done it on an FXD. I know I will need to relocate/replace the speedo. Also do I have to extend cables or wires?
Thanks

Number one, don't pay the retarded expensive price of the west coast tbars. 200 dollars before chrome is just a stupid useless expense imo. Second don't pay the retarded dealer price for some HD streetslammers. You can find a good set of 6" pull back risers and a drag bar for waaaaay cheaper on jp cycles. About 90-100$ for some 6" pull back risers and a drag bar that will achieve the same effect, versus 200$+ for the other two options. Most likely, with just a mild rise like that you won't have to change out any of your cables.

What's all this whining about cost? Go high quality, its your bike and the difference of less than $100 shouldn't be the key factor in your decision, unless you're staying within your budget, which then I'd suggest saving up your paper route money till next month and pulling the trigger on some WILD 1 CHUBBYS.

Drew, Post some pics I would like to see them. Cost of the bars is not a factor to me. I want something that looks sharp. I was looking at mini-apes but it is too expensive for me to replace all the cabling and splice the wires. I looked at the Wild Ones and I like them. If anyone has pics on an fxd please post.
